He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Smyczynski and Myong Smyczynski of Kingman, Ariz.; his wife Melisa A. Rakocy Smyczynski; his sons, Alex J. Smyczynski, Nick J. Smyczynski and Nate A. Smyczynski; his siblings, Joey Smyczynski of Las Vegas and Jeanne Wallick (Bruce) of Las Vegas; his father-in-law Joseph Rakocy of Poland; his brother-in-law Chris Rakocy (Lisa) of Boardman; and his mother-in-law Sandy Rakocy.

In lieu of flowers, due to Andy's untimely passing, his family suggests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
