She is survived by: her daughter Eileen Zak (Ted) of Canfield; her grandchildren, Cristin Blanchet (Mark) of Independence, Heather Sebest (Mike) of Poland, Megan Kaleel (Ronnie) of Canfield and Tommy Zak of Westlake; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Ryan, Ashley Kaleel, Carli, Maggie, Halle Sebest, Flynn, Liam, Fiona Blanchet and Chase Zak.
