He was predeceased by: his father Fred Bivens; and his grandparents, Ike Bivens, Georgetta Vancel, George and Belle Matney.
He is survived by: his mother Dolores Bivens; his children, Chelsie Bivens, Thomas Bivens Jr., Cody Bivens, Zack Mills and Courtney Bivens; his grandchildren, Colton and Carlie Hoops; and his sisters, Linda and Susan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
