He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Crabtree and Helen Archer Crabtree; and his wife Neva Louise Crabtree. He is survived by: his children, Tom Crabtree (Donna) and Ami Kanaby; his grandchildren, Thomas (Chelsea), Ariel, Lance, Brian, Christopher and Angie (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Delaynie, Addie, Owen and Chase. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Donations in Tom's memory may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Capital City Hospice in Columbus.
