She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sutphen and Geraldine Sutphen; her husband Richard Sloan (Dick); her daughter Janel Adams; and her sister-in-law Carol.
She is survived by: her children, LeAnn (Dean), Terri (Patrick), Michael (Bobbi) and Mark (Lindsey); her grandchildren, Renee, Stephanie, Shawn, Danielle, Nick, Katie, David, Caleb and Michael Jr.; her sister-in-law Diane; and her sister Pam.
