She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Weatherington and Helen Weatherington (Babbert); her former husband John C. Barr; her spouse Colmer Powell; her brother Thomas Weatherington; and her granddaughter Angela Barr.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kose (Thomas), Sherry Smith (Bruce), John Barr (Molly), Robin Prindle (Michael), Jeri Kourim (Phil), Kelly Porter (Doug), Judy Bender (James), Patricia Palmer (Barry), Abby Scheetz (Tim) and Christina Jacobs (John). She is also survived by several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
