It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Carius in Canal Winchester, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Boland and Ethel Boland; her husband Karl "Jack" Carius Jr.; her sons, David and James Carius; her brother Jack Boland; and her son-in-law Johnnie Geary Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Michael Carius (Pam), John Carius (Mary), Mary Geary, Steve Carius, Kathleen Edwards (Anthony), Kenneth Carius (Sharon) and Karen Diehl; her brother James Boland (Paula); and her grandchildren, Michael A. Carius (Nadraine), Kimberly Hampton (Daniel), Hope Hill (Matthew), Jarrod Geary (Angela), Karen Morgan (Jamie), Kimberly Carius, Brittney Curtis, Stephanie Baird (Joe), Lauren Edwards, Eric Edwards (Kira), Ashley Holley (Ryan), Havanna Osso (Nick), Keith Carius (Jessie), Kristopher Carius (Julia), Alexis Carius and Kevin Diehl. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
