She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis W. Meek and Bertha A. Meek (Finnearty); and her half-sisters, Pamela Mitchell and Janet Pratt. She is survived by: her children, Ronda Parsons (Stuart), Rob Blevins and Ryan Blevins; her granddaughters, Marissa Parsons, Makayla Parsons and Natalie Parsons; her siblings, Debra Marshall (Wayne) and Larry Meek (Linda); and her former husband Ronald Blevins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Aicardi Syndrome Foundation, a non-profit that benefits Rose's eldest granddaughter.
