He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mastracci and Elizabeth Mastracci (Liberati); and his brother Anthony Mastracci. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Mastracci; his children, Lisa Pingel (Frederick), Robert Vincent Mastracci, Linda Myers (Tom) and Michael Mastracci; his grandchildren, Stephen Phillips, Larisa Phillips, Alyia Nutter, Samantha Myers, Amber Myers, Anthony Mastracci, Cecelia Mastracci and Mia Bella Mastracci; his great grandchildren, Rece Nolasco and Jayce Nolasco; and his brother Joseph Mastracci.

Masks and social distancing will be required.
