He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hartman; his children, Elizabeth Hartman (Timothy Calderwood), Catherine Hartman (Nicholas Bartlett) and Robert Hartman, Jr. (Michael Belt); and his sister Debra Nebel (Charles). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
