He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Stemen and Alta Stemen; his brothers, John, Floyd (Marjorie) and Charles (Betty); and his brother-in-law Carl Lambert.
He is survived by: his son While Ray; his wife Pauline Stemen; his siblings, Betty Lambert and Tommy (Cynthia); his sons, John (Karen), Glen (Deborah), Randy (Ginger) and David (Monica); his grandchildren, Kyler, Carly, Eric (Larisa), Samantha (Ben), Ashley (Bob), Amber, Austin and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Anna, Aubrey, Tyler, Alexander, Penelope, Cody, Adrianna, Vallen and Vinn.
