He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Hite and Ives Snider Hite; his wife Forona Landis Hite; and his siblings, Ralph, J. Franklin, Pauline and Jean.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Hite (Frances); his grandchildren, Scott Hite and Stacey Pasternak (Rob); his great grandchild Nathan Pasternak; and his brother Russell Lowell Hite (JoAnne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
