He is survived by: his wife Delores Crouse; his sons, Greg Crouse, Duane Crouse and Kevin Crouse (Charity); his grandchildren, Michael Crouse, Christina Jones, Dustin Crouse, Haylee Crouse, Gunnar Crouse, Gavin Crouse and Sydney Crouse; and his sister Carolyn Harmon. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
