Patricia Stiehm Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Stiehm of Canal Winchester, Ohio, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 27, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bruce Gilbert Stiehm and Stephen John Eckle; her brothers, Edward Allen Campbell and John Milo Campbell; her nephew Michael Lee Andrews; and her sister-in-law Karen Stiehm Malone.
She is survived by: her former husband David Charles Adelman; her children, Amy Michelle Adelman House (Allan) of Baltimore, MD and Matthew David Adelman (Molly) of Danville, CA; her grandchildren, Ella Marie Adelman, Masen Matthew Adelman, Dillard Alexander House and Connor Charles House; her siblings, Shirley Campbell Baker (Ed), Tammie Campbell Franz (Steve), Dick Campbell (Bernadith) and Char Campbell Andrews; and her cousin Sandy Smith (Gary). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
