She was predeceased by: her father George Thornton; her stepfather Ernest Nunn; her grandparents, Delcie and Clifford Harmon; her sister-in-law Brenda Thornton; and her cousin Connie Shannon.
She is survived by: her husband John Warner; her children, Cassondra Rice (Tim) and Tiffany Vanderbilt (Joseph); her mother Hilda Nunn; her siblings, George Thornton, Delphia Cornell (Fred) and Arnold Thornton (Marlene); her grandchildren, Devon Warner (Christy), Justin Gass (Alexis), Steven Gass (Morgan), John Pingel and Anthony Blevins; her great grandchildren, Devon Warner Jr., Braxton Gass, Camden Gass and Noah Gass; and her aunt Betty Davis. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
