He was predeceased by: his father Okey Edward; and his siblings, Roger Burns and Linda Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Alvina (Riley); his sons, Michael E. (Cynthia) of Amelia and Christopher of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Austin, Seth, Logan and Aidrionna; and his siblings, David (Victoria), Debbie Johnson and Sandy Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
