She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicie Chaffin (Fain) and John Wesley Chaffin; her siblings, James, Theodore, Richard, Virginia, Maxine, Grace and Audra; her son Leon Endicott; her grandchildren, Joshua Endicott and Tracee Endicott; and her child Zenith Endicott.
She is survived by: her husband Herb; her children, Kenzie B. Endicott (Jan) of Circleville, Ohio, Janet E. Hunter (Allen) of San Diego, California and Donna J. Endicott of The Villages, Florida; and her grandchildren, Teresa Endicott, Timothy Endicott-Steele, Danielle Endicott, Angela Endicott Elder, John Wesley Endicott and Allen M. Hunter III. She is also survived by eight greatgrandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
