He was predeceased by: his father Larry D. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Christine N. Johnson; his children, Kelsey Marie, Kaleb Joseph, Ainsley Carmen Shea, Ezekiel Alan, Gabriel Douglas, Levi Dorsey and Tulis Rebecca Lee; his mother Rebecca Darst; his sisters, Mika Jin and Lillyann Darst; his grandmother Arbutus Robertson; and his grandson Deklan. He is also survived by extended family and many in-laws.
