He is survived by: his mother Mary Hightower White of Dallas, TX; his wife Doreene Booker Collier; his children, Jonah Lamar Booker of Scottsdale, AZ, Ashley Collier-Ward of Sweetwater, TN and LaToya Collier of Middlesboro, KY; and his siblings, LeEmanuel Collier of Dallas, David Mallory Collier of Dallas, Mariann Collier of Prescott, AZ, Carrol Collier of Chicago, IL and Venice Collier of Dallas, TX.
