He is survived by: his wife Susanne Jamison; his sons, Bret Jamison (Kim), Kirk Jamison (Ellen), Ty Jamison (Kelly), Mark Holzapfel (Cheryl) and Steven Holzapfel (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Brooke, Emmett (Kayla), Hunter, Sidney, Colt, Ethan and Emily; his siblings, John Jamison (Sue) and Lisa Laspas (Dave); and his close friends, Jim, Carol Sander and Sandy Lawrence.
