He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Millington and Evelyn Millington; his son Kevin Millington; and his sister Brenda Millington. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Millington; his children, Jennifer "Jamie" Millington and Michael Millington; his stepchildren, Chris Hanes (Cindy), Jeff Hanes (Berenice) and Tammy Hanes; and his siblings, Dave Millington (Barb) and Nancy Henderson (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
