He was predeceased by: his father Humberto Montalban. He is survived by: his mother Filomena Fontanilla; his wife Laura Perez; his daughter Kimberly Costes; his stepdaughters, Crisnely Perez and Brenda Lay; and his sisters, Norma Montalban, Marcella Montalban and Bettina Montalban. He is also survived by nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ohio Cremation & Memorial (5464 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
