He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vaughn and Isabel Waldeck Vaughn; his daughter Janice Puchan; and his brother William Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Adair Vaughn; his daughters, Deanna Vaughn of Columbus, Susan Vaughn of Lancaster, Michelle Morris (John) of Homosassa, Cindy Vaughn Sims (Darryl) of Canal Winchester and Kathy Vaughn (David Carpenter) of Jackson, Wyoming; his son-in-law James Puchan of Galena; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Vaughn of Logan. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
