He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Childers and Hazel Childers; his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Childers; and his sister Patti Hanlin. He is survived by: his children, Jeana Osborn, Harold Childers Jr. (Theresa), Robert Childers and Jessica Thomas (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Christina, Alyssa, Brooklynn, Andrew, Savannah, James and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Xavier and Grayson; and his sister Connie Beane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
