Gertrude Boisseau Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Boisseau of Canal Winchester, Ohio, born in Groton, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Babcock and Teresa Babcock (Fray); her son Richard "Rick" Boisseau; and her siblings, William Babcock, Helen Sullivan, George Babcock, Charles Babcock, John Babcock and Joseph Babcock.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Boisseau of Ayer, MA.; her sons, Stephen Boisseau (Eileen) of Grove City, OH and Jeff Boisseau (Suzanne) of Ashburnham, MA; her daughter-in-law Margie Brandes of Apopka, FL; and her grandchildren, Craig (Alison), Kevin (Liz), Scott (Kristen), Lauren, Jannelle and Matthew. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Gert asked donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Shriners Hospital for Children in her memory.
