It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Douglas Hardin of Canal Winchester, Ohio, who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hardin and Nora Hardin; his wife Marie C. Hardin; and his sisters, Georgine Dority and Peggy Smith.
He is survived by: his son Darrell Hardin (Lisa); his grandchildren, Rachel Kuhn (Tyler) and Douglas Hardin (Kellie); his great grandchildren, Brooks, Sutton, Hattie Kuhn, Silas and Gretta; and his sisters, Dorothy Wheat, Barbara Sanders and Carol Simpson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lithopolis Cemetery (4365 Cedar Hill Rd NW, Canal Winchester, OH 43136).
