She was predeceased by: her parents, Gayle Flatter and Dona Flatter; and her husband Bill Blevins. She is survived by: her children, Ken Blevins (Karen) and Jessica Holmes; her grandchildren, Brittani Kline (Derek), Sydney Holmes and Cameron Holmes; her great grandchild Liam Kline; her sister Carolyn Ford (Larry); and her niece Suzanne Turner (Nate).
