It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Oakley (Canal Winchester, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Warren and Amanda Margaret Oakley; his wife Carolyn Madden Oakley; his sister Nancy Peavey (Olan); his brother-in-law Maynard Burley; and his niece Brenda Sue Landrum.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Fitzpatrick (Bud), Kelly Zink (Dale) and Bill Oakley (Lisa); his sister Joan Burley; his grandchildren, Ashley Oakley and Cameron Oakley; his niece Cindy Sibly (Dennis); and his nephews, Mike Burley (Jackie), Doug Burley (Nancy) and Mark Eckert.
