He is survived by: his wife Pearl Mills; his children, James Floyd Mills (Amanda) and Nicole Webb; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Blair Webb, Lillian Webb, Henry Mills, Ryan Mills and Oliver Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
