He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Mills and Mary Mills. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Mills; his children, James Floyd Mills (Amanda) and Nicole Webb; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Blair Webb, Lillian Webb, Henry Mills, Ryan Mills and Oliver Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
