She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Barnett and Laura J. Barnett (Davitt). She is survived by: her husband Kent Higgins; her daughters, Amy Moore (Justin) and Beth Kemper (Robert); her grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew, Ethan Moore, Isabelle, Isaiah and Elijah Kemper; and her siblings, George Barnett (Debby), Bruce Barnett (Susan) and Sherrie Martin. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
