She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Blake; and her sister Sheila Malone. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Blake, Penny Smith (Chris), Gus Blake and Joe Blake (Sherry); her grandchildren, Kristen Lane (Eric), Josh Blake, Megan Blake, Joey Blake and C. J. Smith (Bri); and her great grandchildren, Abel Blake and Tre Smith. She is also survived by niece and nephew, and other relatives.
