He is survived by: his wife Toni Greenslade-Smith; his children, Alex Smith, Columbus, Autumn Smith of San Francisco, CA, Amanda Little (David), Alyssa LaBlanc (Ben) of Houston, TX, Andi Smith (Will Johnson) of Chicago, IL and Austin Smith; his mother Mary Jane Smith; and his siblings, Roger Smith (Debbie), Bruce Smith (Sherry), Sharon Cvetanovich (Dan), Sandra McLoney (Roger), Ralph Smith, Columbus and Sheila Burns (Don). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
