She was predeceased by: her father Frank William Adkins; and her sister Sherry Adkins. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Adkins; and her children, Andrew Herrmann, Cody Mathias and Cassandra Mathias. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren.
