It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Hart of Canal Winchester, Ohio, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rugger and Camille Rugger (Kolar); and her son John Hart. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sons, Timothy Hart (Doris) of Las Vegas, NV and Jeffrey Hart (Darla Quincel) of Cardington; and her grandchild Kalib (Brittany).
