She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Jividen and Mamie Jividen (Rawlings); her husband William "Bill" Royster; her son Robert W. Royster; and her siblings, John Jividen and Donna Jean Rhodes.

She is survived by: her son Thomas Royster (Pamela); her grandson Kyle Coriell (Caitlin); and her great grandchild Hailey Coriell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
