He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Elizabeth West and David Gregory Surratt, Jr. of Canal Winchester, OH; his siblings, Lillian Jean Surratt and Dean Ryder Surratt of Canal Winchester, OH; his grandparents, Catherine Elizabeth, Randall Scott West of Columbus, OH, Linda Wheeler Surratt Roggli, Victor L. Roggli of Durham, NC and Melissa McKnight McKeegan Surratt of The Villages; his uncles, Matthew Scott Surratt of Asheville, NC and Daniel Tyler West (Dallas); his aunt Krystle Michelle Isaacs (Brian Greggs) of Columbus, OH; and his extended family, Isaacs, Wheelers, Wilmoths and McKeegans.
