It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Varist Haggerty of Canal Fulton, Ohio, born in Dellroy, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Haggerty and Margaret Haggerty (Brown); his wife Jessie Haggerty (Heflin); his son Larry; and his daughter-in-law Rita Haggerty.

He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Haggerty; and his grandson Aaron Haggerty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
