She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rex and Cathy Rex; her niece Macy Kobyluck; and her nephew Austin Booth. She is survived by: her husband Brad Tackett; her sons, Chase and Cody Tackett; her pets, Tucker and Chester; her siblings, Kristen Kobyluck (Chad) and Scott Rex; her mother-in-law Margie Tackett; her sister-in-law Barb Booth (Rob); and her nieces and nephews, McKayla, Kacie, Alyssa, Chloe Kobyluck, Taylor Booth, Andrew, Ethan and Jaxon Rex.
