He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Haines and Helen Haines (Rothermel). He is survived by: his wife Debra Haines (Hirschbiel); his son Thomas J. Haines; his granddaughter Laura Rauch (Brandon); and his sister Lori Clemens (Bruce).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Canal Fulton Cemetery West Market.
