She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hockenberry and Audrey Hockenberry; and her siblings, Russell Hockenberry, Charles Hockenberry and Evelyn Gearhart.
She is survived by: her sister Marjorie Gortney; her husband Pastor George Stitz; and her daughters, Cindy McCaulley (John), Sherry Ackerman (John) and Fawn Silket. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
