He was predeceased by: his son Jesse Lee Everhart. He is survived by: his mother Susan Everhart; his sons, Joshua Cody Everhart and Jeremy Stephen Everhart of Tacoma, WA; his sister Wendy Meighen (Bernie) of Canal Fulton; his nieces and nephews, Jack (Chantal), Zachary (Alana), Olivia and Abigail; his great-niece Zara; his great-nephews, Tilian and Parker; and his aunt Lila Levine.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made for the benefit his son Joshua's section 529 college fund.
