It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Ann DeGuia-Davis of Canal Fulton, Ohio, who passed away on July 22, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Jane Chapman, James Chapman and Pedro C.. She is survived by: her wife Alyssa; her parents, Rafael S. and Karen (Chapman); her grandmother Pilar S. (Philippines); her brothers, Jamie (Melissa), Joey (Lauren) and Karlos; her nieces and nephews, Airis, Addison, Zoey of Jacksyn, JJ, Camdyn, Ariella, Quinn and Eleanor; and her godparents, Art and Pat. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
