He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Sullivan; his wife Suzanne; his children, Sarah Maistros (Alex), Andrew Sullivan (Autumn) and Emily Sullivan; his grandchildren, Liam, Beckham Sullivan, Luke Maistros and Eleanor Maistros; and his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Donna), Gregory Sullivan (Kim), Carolyn Sullivan (Gary) and Cathleen Sullivan.
