It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of May Spada of Canal Fulton, Ohio, born in Woolwich, London, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph E. Spada; her parents, Florence May Hammond and Edgar Jeans; her sister Vera Barnes; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Jeans and Marian Lance.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph (Seon), Mark, Maureen (Benny), Linda, Paul and David (Bridget); her siblings, Joan and Malcolm; and her grandchildren, Ralph, David, Katie, Nick, Jonathan, Sonya, Timothy, Megan, Tina, Bryon, Kristopher, Jared and Brigitte Mae. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in May's honor to Akron Children's Hospital Crisis Fund for assisting patients and families affected by the pandemic.
