He is survived by: his parents, David McVaney and Shirley McVaney (Neal); his wife Julie McVaney (Chevraux); his children, Amanda McVaney (Jordan) and Shea McVaney (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Travis and Riley Young; his brother Steve McVaney (Lisa); and his nephews, Stephen (Sarah) and Michael McVaney.
In lieu of flowers, the Mark McVaney Memorial Fund has been established as a college fund for his beloved grandchildren Travis and Riley.
