She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Belle and Joseph Cecil Kennedy; her husband James Phelps; and her siblings, George Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Harreld Kennedy and Carol Atkinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Olds (David) and Patricia Swartz (Carl); her grandchildren, Krystin Young (Shane), Bryan Vasaris (Amanda), Sarah Mullins and Nicole Hofer (Benjamin); her great grandchild Seth Olds-Swint; and her siblings, Beatrice Carpenter, Dorothy Kay Slabaugh and Kenneth Kennedy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
