He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Samuel Mattie and Brenda Lee Mattie; his sisters, Jennifer Gerdts (Adam) and Krystal Olei; his nieces and nephews, Oliver Stillings, Benjamin "Ziggy" Gerdts, Jason Troha Jr., Leana Stillings, Ella Gerdts, Audrey Gerdts and Kinsley Troha; his grandmother Roberta Quillen; his kiddos, Christina Farnsworth, Ashlei Farnsworth and Samual Kahrig; and also Promise McClellan.
