With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathy E. Herold of Canal Fulton, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kathy left this world on January 11, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Gwinn and Mary Gwinn (Lones); her sister Mary Lou Collard; her father-in-law Charles Herold; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Herold and Mary Herold.

She is survived by: her husband Dan Herold; her sons, Jeff and Daniel R. Herold (Samantha); her grandchildren, Makenna, Tanner and Savanna; her siblings, Robert P. Gwinn, Patricia Hardie (Jack), Michelle Mettler (Charles), Valerie McKnight (John), Steve Gwinn (Ganine) and Mark Gwinn (Beth); her mother-in-law Barbara Herold; and her brothers-in-law, Charles S., Patrick (Tracie) and John Herold (Michelle). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home (624 Cherry St E, Canal Fulton, OH 44614). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
