He was predeceased by: his father Joseph E. Moellendick; his wife Mollie Maffin Moellendick; and his daughter Miranda Moellendick. He is survived by: his mother Della Kidder Moellendick of Parkersburg; his son Matthew Moellendick (Michelle) of Canal Fulton; his siblings, Tim Moellendick of Williamstown, Bill Moellendick of Zebulon, NC and Rebecca Jarvis of Belfountain; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan Moellendick and Owen Dennison.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the M&M Vol.
