He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Horak and Betty Horak; and his stepmother Theda Romeyn Horak of Akron. He is survived by: his wife Judi Horak; his sons, John Horak of Canton and Chad Horak of North Canton; and his grandchildren, Caige Horak, Xander Horak, Gerald Horak (Sharon) of Barberton, Kevin Horak (Kathleen) of Aurora, Brian Romeyn of Mentor, Kevin Romeyn (Trina) of Vancouver, WA. and Evelyn Jones of Cuyahoga Falls.
